From the very beginning, we have accompanied the industry-internal research and development work for the coating of Timing and Flat belts, as a specialist deeply rooted in the beverage industry. Thanks to the experience gained and the resulting know-how, we are now able to offer you a comprehensive standard range from which you can choose the right JO® Belt with the required coating. We keep a large part of our belts in stock like our other standard articles, so that long production and delivery times usually are omitted. Different coatings and surface modifications allow you to choose between optimal entrainment properties, e.g. high or low coefficient of friction, and to choose functional surfaces whose elastic flexibility ranges from soft to hard.
